Breathing Spaces sessions at the Pelican Centre are a fantastic introduction to wellbeing for both body and mind.

6-week courses get you started, practicing techniques and movement, and discovering what works for you and your body.

Breathing Spaces courses and classes are suitable for any age, any ability and benefit everyone, whether you’re a gym-training regular or just in need of some space to breathe.

 

Beginners’ Yoga

6-week courses where you’ll learn the basics of yoga practice, become more flexible, and have the confidence to attend any yoga class.
