Available as one-off sessions or a block, either 1-2-1 or in a small group, our personal trainer and lifestyle programmes get your fitness on track, regardless of ability, experience or goals.
The ultimate training session for those looking to get started, to make good gains in fitness or wanting to fine-tune an aspect of your gym routine. Pelican Centre PTs are helpful, friendly and have years’ of experience in health and fitness training, whether working with dedicated gym-goers, complete beginners or those seeking specialist support for specific health or rehabilitation needs.
Available in 1-2-1 personal sessions or in small groups of up to 5, personal training can be booked as a single one-off session or in a block of 5 or 10 sessions to keep you on track.
Personal training sessions are planned to focus on your own requirements, regardless of ability or experience. They’re ideal if you want to be pushed through a HIIT-style workout, for help in improving technique, for extra help in using equipment, new routine ideas – or if you just need encouragement and motivation.
The Lifestyle programme is detailed, creating a structured plan with a fully-qualified personal trainer that gives you helpful guidance and focus in the gym and fitness classes.
We’ll discuss diet, lifestyle and your goals, and record information including weight, height, body measurements and blood pressure. This information is used to design a focused 12-week plan to target specific areas such as changes in weight or body measurements, improving heart rates or air flow.

We’ll discuss where you are at the moment and your goals, before creating a 12-week structured plan to help guide you through your gym and fitness class sessions.
