Personal, fully-tailored pool and swimming training plans help you to up your swim game, with support from experienced instructors to make sure you get the most out of your time in the pool.
1-2-1 swim training programmes are great for everyone, from beginners wanting to improve stroke and stamina to regular swimmers looking to try something new and those training for specific events or competitions.
We’ll plan your programme together in a 1-2-1 session, setting a 12-week plan which you’ll work through before a review to see how you’re getting on.
Swim training programmes help you to focus on your own requirements, regardless of ability or experience. You’ll get the help and advice you’re looking for, as well as professional support and motivation whatever your goal.
Need a bit more help? Whether you’re looking for more water confidence or want to keep training on track, a pool 1-2-1 training session with a qualified instructor will give you great support that you’ll use for life.
During a personal swim training session, your experienced swimming instructor will either be in the water with you or on the side, depending on your goals and preference, perfecting your stroke, improving your stamina and helping you to progress through a training programme.
