Want to try a new workout that involves weights but not sure how to start? Just joined the Gym and not sure how to organise your workouts? Whether you want to lift weights safely, switch up your routine or cool your muscles down to prevent injury, our PTs are here to show you the ropes.

Learn how to train with confidence, achieve better results & care for your body in these focused sessions delivered by our professional PTs. From understanding how weightlifting can be a great way to tone up, to planning a new workout and regular Mini MOT sessions to help you stay on track, you’ll get hands-on in the gym with great tips, tricks & guidance.

Feel Good Fitness at the Pelican Centre

Since 2012, our Pelican Centre team has invested in professional, local trainers and instructors to make sure that our classes and activities help you to reach your goals.

Whether that's improving strength, stamina and fitness or simply having an activity in the diary every week where you can meet up with others from our community, our class timetable contains something to suit every need and ability.

Classes are accessible and supportive, but challenging too - you'll soon start to see the benefits of regular activity, complementing your gym routine or simply by becoming more active.
