New to the Pelican Centre this autumn! PeliMAN Power, run by Cody and designed for men. (Women welcome too!)
We wanted to bring something a bit different to our class timetable this autumn. Feedback told us that men were looking for something targeted at building strength and stamina, so we're pleased to present PeliMAN Power!
PeliMAN Power classes are designed specifically for men.
Run by our professional trainer Cody, and using a raft of new equipment we've invested in to help you achieve excellent results, PeliMAN Power is a high intensity strength class which will build strength and stamina.
Incorporating a range of strength exercises and weight equipment, you'll work every muscle group to complement your gym routine and give your training a new focus.
✔ Weekly class on Thursdays at 8.15pm

PeliMAN Power classes run every Thursday from 8th September at 8.15pm.

Can women attend PeliMAN Power?
Women are welcome to attend PeliMAN Power classes too.
