The Feel Good Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

How to enter:

You must be a Full member of the Pelican Centre at 11.59pm on 28^th February 2025 to be entered into The Feel Good Giveaway prize draw.

Winners:

Winners will be chosen at random and notified on or before 21^st March 2025.

Winners will be asked to arrange collection of their prizes from the Pelican Centre. If prizes remain uncollected by 11.59pm on 25^th April 2025, the Pelican Centre reserves the right to select a new winner at random.

Winners may be asked to take part in publicity resulting from The Feel Good Giveaway (for example, social media photographs and/or posts). Winners must notify the Pelican Centre if you DO NOT wish to participate in any publicity activity.

If you are a Full member and you DO NOT wish to be entered into The Feel Good Giveaway, please contact us before 11.59pm on 28^th February 2025 using the website contact form.

Terms & rights reserved:

The Pelican Centre reserves the right to verify eligibility to enter the competition.

The Pelican Centre reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value.

The Pelican Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where circumstances arise which are beyond its control.

In the event of any dispute regarding The Feel Good Giveaway, the decision of the Pelican Centre is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Any personal data relating to Full members entered into The Feel Good Giveaway will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party other than as is absolutely necessary in order to fulfil the competition without prior consent of individuals.

To the extent permitted by law, the Pelican Centre is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in The Feel Good Giveaway or from any prize.
