We've got a great class timetable in store this Autumn at the Pelican Centre (week commencing 4th September 2023)!

With 55+ sessions on the timetable, including a host of newcomers and more of the classes you love, there's something for everyone no matter your Feel Good goals. Whether you're looking to start your day with a full-body workout, to meet friends and enjoy fun activity together or you want to wind down and stretch with a pilates or yoga session, the Pelican Centre's class timetable this year is our biggest yet.

 

Classes are a great way to supplement your weekly routine, with instructor-led group sessions keeping you on track. And even better - every class on our timetable is INCLUDED in Full Memberships!

Not sure whether a class will benefit you?

Many people like to exercise on their own, or don't know how a class might help them. During the Autumn, we'll try and debunk some myths!

For example, yoga and pilates aren't just relaxing sessions for women! Men (and women) who are regularly using the gym or pool will find the movement, flow, stretch and breath focus really helpful for your core strength, balance, posture and stability, as well as releasing muscle tension.

Think HIIT sounds a bit too much? Take this High Intensity Interval Training class at your own pace! Movement can be adapted where you need less impact, or where you want to push yourself more.

 

Feel Good Fitness at the Pelican Centre

Over the last 10 years, our Pelican Centre team has invested in professional, local trainers and instructors to make sure that our classes and activities will help you to reach your goals.

Whether that's improving strength, stamina and fitness or simply having an activity in the diary every week where you can meet up with others from our community, our class timetable contains something to suit every need and ability.

Classes are accessible and supportive, but challenging too - you'll soon start to see the benefits of regular activity, complementing your gym routine or simply by becoming more active.
